Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate pension plan benefits accurately and efficiently.
- Undertake special actuarial projects as delegated.
- Formulate data requests, conduct data analysis, and identify inconsistencies.
- Compile valuation data utilizing Excel or designated software applications.
- Conduct thorough actuarial gain/loss analysis and evaluate liability fluctuations.
- Establish valuation assumptions and integrate or revise them within the valuation system.
- Generate valuation reports and regulatory reporting forms.
- Aid in other specialized ad hoc projects as required.
- Support junior team members in their tasks and contribute to their professional development.
- Review the work completed by junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks.
Preferred skills:
- Progress in actuarial exams is beneficial.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit excellent cognitive, analytical, organizational, and recall skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
- Effective both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable to changes within the work environment.
- Flexible in work culture, including the ability to adjust to Day/Night shifts based on business needs.
