Key Responsibilities:
Contribute significantly to understanding product/software requirements and design.
Study information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes to develop software solutions.
Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle.
Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements.
Identify ideas to enhance system performance and availability.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible design solutions.
Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts for detailed investigation into software requirements.
Consult project managers to gather information on software capabilities.
Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
Assess operational feasibility through analysis, problem definition, and software requirements evaluation.
Develop and automate processes for software validation, including designing and executing test cases/scenarios/usage cases.
Modify software to address errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
Recommend and plan system installations or modifications based on information analysis.
Ensure error-free code and resolve any test failures.
Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
Ensure adherence to defined norms for project/program/account codes, providing clear descriptions and replication patterns.
Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested.
Coordinate with the team daily to update project status and progress, documenting as necessary.
Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risks to stakeholders.
Maintain ongoing status reporting and customer focus regarding project execution.
Capture all client requirements and clarifications to enhance work quality.
Gather regular feedback to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated on best practices and learn new programming languages.
Collaborate with engineering staff to assess software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
Document solutions through various means such as documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code.
Document necessary details and reports formally to ensure proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation.
Ensure high-quality interaction with customers regarding email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, and business etiquette.
Provide timely responses to customer requests and prevent instances of complaints, both internally and externally.
