- Respond to customer service inquiries. With the main function of reducing churn, fielding / probing / overcoming objections for subscribers’ cancellation and suspension requests.
- Clerical services include customer loyalty data analysis, job aid creation, quality monitoring, sales, coaching, and tracking and trending of customer comments and requests.
- Complete all agreed-upon KPIs. Work proactive to ensure that potential issues are escalated as needed.
- Proficient writing skills in the language to support – Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent or Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic keyboarding abilities on a PC; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with direct client contact and technical support.
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to use great communication, decision-making skills and a positive outlook to help customers, manage problems and find ways to go above and beyond – Sees through the eyes of the customer.
- Ability to be articulate, bright and curious – Passionate about service – Sales / Retention experience.
- Experience of working in a customer-centric environment.
- Knowledge of working in a subscription / technical industry.
- Experience working with CRM applications.
