Key Responsibilities:
Internships at Sony Research India (SRI) are designed to provide students with industry exposure and production-level project experience.
The primary responsibility in this role is to contribute positively to the growth and development of innovative technologies at SRI.
During the internship, work closely with research scientists and other team members on various development tasks related to recommendation systems using Multi-Armed Bandits.
Actively participate in AI development activities daily, including training, testing, fixing bugs, and other routines to build a robust model.
Only candidates with working experience in recommendation systems and Multi-Armed Bandits, along with strong proof of concept (POC) development skills using PyTorch and Python, will be considered for this internship program.
Eligibility Criteria:
We are seeking a talented and motivated candidate who is pursuing or has completed a BTech, MS, MSc, MTech, or PhD degree, to join us as soon as possible for a duration of at least six months.
Strong knowledge and relevant programming experience with Python, PyTorch, and other machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) libraries.
Prior experience in developing state-of-the-art recommendation models for commercial or research purposes.
Knowledge of applying and working with Multi-Armed Bandits to solve real-world problems.
Preferred skills:
Demonstrated research capabilities through a relevant publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences.
