About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, with a focus on Responsible AI. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to combine AI technology with ethical practices. The selected candidate will work in an R&D setting, guided by seasoned professionals, to research and develop ethical, transparent, and fair AI systems using responsible AI methodologies.

• Assist in the design and deployment of AI systems, ensuring they comply with ethical standards and Responsible AI guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to incorporate Responsible AI practices into various projects and business solutions.
• Conduct research and experiments to enhance Responsible AI applications in our initiatives.
• Help develop educational programs to promote organizational commitment to Responsible AI.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in Responsible AI and Machine Learning, contributing to the team’s continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and the related mathematical foundations.
• Basic development skills in areas such as NLP, NLU, LLMs, and Computer Vision.
• A strong interest in AI ethics, keeping up-to-date with advancements in Responsible AI principles to ensure ethical AI development and deployment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, AI ethics, Responsible AI principles, and best practices for implementing ethical AI techniques.
• Ability to convey complex ideas in various formats, including blogs, presentations, publications, tutorials, and webinars.
