Key Responsibilities:
- Draft statements of work (SoW) and master framework agreements (MFE).Assist in creating MARS codes.
- Maintain repositories and trackers for all contracts.
- Assist with updates for change requests.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with global teams for onboarding and offboarding candidates, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Generate and maintain daily MIS data, and update stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative cross-functional environment.
- Ability to work effectively in both team settings and self-directed roles.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across KDN teams.
- Self-starter and autonomous, capable of multitasking, working independently, prioritizing tasks, and achieving goals.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, creative, personable, flexible, with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and possessing a positive “can do” attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx tools is a plus.
