Job Description
Infrrd Off Campus Hiring 2024 – Machine Learning Intern
We are seeking a Machine Learning Intern to assist in designing, experimenting with, and implementing deep learning-based Natural Language Processing architectures.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science or a related field with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or computer vision.
- Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and probability, with a deep understanding of AI concepts.
- Proficient in coding with Python or other AI languages.
- Experience in academic or industry settings with Computer Vision, NLP, and Machine Learning.
- Expertise in clustering algorithms such as DBSCAN and K-Means.
- Knowledge of cross-modality learning.
- Familiarity with Transformer-based models for textual embeddings and computer vision models for image embeddings or feature extraction.
- Experience with high-dimensional vector visualizations using techniques like PCA and t-SNE.
- Ability to conduct experiments methodically and analyze results scientifically.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with autoencoders, latent semantic analysis (LSA), latent discriminant analysis (LDA), principal component analysis (PCA), clustering algorithms, and Fischer Discriminant Analysis (FDA).
Responsibilities:
- Decompose complex business problems into machine learning problems.
- Design and develop scalable machine learning and deep learning solutions to meet enterprise needs.
- Work with development teams to test and deploy machine learning models.
- Develop metrics to continuously evaluate the performance of machine learning solutions.
- Stay updated on new tools, algorithms, and techniques in machine learning and AI to integrate them into the organization.
