Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and promote customer centricity by improving the customer service experience, engaging customers, and facilitating organic growth.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Set a clear mission to enhance service quality and deploy strategies focused on this mission by staying ahead of industry developments and applying best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Analyze MIS, enhance productivity, and keep accurate records of customer service actions and discussions.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service resources, nurturing an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget, maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities, and control resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Enhance service quality and customer focus within the organization.
  • Manage employee morale and engagement levels to provide best-in-class service, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant sites, actively participating in discussions across communities, social networks, and blogs.
  • Explore business opportunities and improve resolution times with appropriate close looping.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders in the organization to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Improve brand image through effective complaints and grievance handling mechanisms.
