Key Responsibilities:
Possess knowledge and skills in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance or General Insurance.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exhibit good written and oral communication skills.
Maintain a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
Primarily responsible for completing testing and business analysis (BA) activities related to both Insurance and occasionally Non-Insurance projects.
Gather and document requirements, implement necessary changes, and ensure these requirements are accurately reflected in development and quality assurance testing.
Conduct development and quality assurance testing to ensure the solution meets performance standards and maintains a high degree of quality.
