Key Responsibilities:
Preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting customers.
Serving as the first point of contact for customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email.
Addressing a range of inquiries, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions.
Communicating effectively with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Possess the right to work in India.
Have strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Experience working with a computer.
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am to 11 pm.
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required.
Need a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
Must have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
