Key Responsibilities:
Drive planning and periodic forecast exercises, including leadership review preparations and submissions.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, such as accruals, accrual reversals, re-accruals, and pre-close detailed analysis of the general ledger (GL).
Assist with the preparation of business review decks as needed.
Identify and assist in executing continuous improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
Undertake special projects as required.
Generate and manage Workday reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
Provide business insights and act as an agile business partner.
Implement automation and process enhancements.
Demonstrate quick learning ability and maintain high energy.
Perform effectively under pressure and collaborate well in a team environment.
Utilize Excel to quickly build models that provide insights as needed.
Ensure adherence to financial compliance, principles, and systems.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
