Job Description :

  • Drive the distribution chain and engage in personal selling to meet sales goals.
  • Managing the front-end and back-end infrastructure of the distribution system.
  • Use MIS reports to systematically analyze, extract, and find potential gaps and opportunities to enhance performance in your particular geography.
  • To increase sales, engage in negotiations with distributors and train his staff in customer management.
  • Develop and utilise connections with the trade to improve our market position. Use the same to create and deliver market reports and comments to the branch office.
  • Examine strategies for enhancing customer service to increase market competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of the distributor and the distributor’s sales team and take corrective action as necessary (infrastructure gaps).
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Required a Full-Time Minimum Graduation
  • Channel Sales Experience of at Least Two Years.
  • Outstanding at RS Distribution Management and ROI Calculations
  • Must be knowledgeable about RS appointments and sales planning
  • Executing and conducting promotional activities
  • MS-Office proficiency, especially with Excel
  • It is desired to have decent English and local language communication.
