About TCS NQT

TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT) is a national level recruitment drive conducted by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for fresher graduates in India. The NQT is an online test that assesses a candidate’s aptitude, technical, and communication skills. The test is designed to identify the best talent across the country and help TCS select suitable candidates for various positions such as Programmer Analyst Trainee, Systems Engineer, and others. Based on the performance in the NQT, TCS invites eligible candidates for further rounds of selection which may include technical and HR interviews. Successful candidates can then expect to join TCS as a trainee and undergo training and development programs to build their skills and prepare them for a successful career in the IT industry.

About the Test

• NQT (Cognitive Skills) is a prerequisite for all the tests
• All NQT Variants score cards are valid for two years
• Conducted Online (at home) and physical In-Centre at TCS iON Authorised Exam Centres
• Flexibility to apply in each quarter, providing an opportunity to appear for multiple attempts to improve NQT Score. (Only the Best Score will be published for Candidates applying using the same NQT registration number)
