Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive back office provisioning of service delivery including on-net feasibility, access networks, and customer order provisioning.
  • Ensure availability of network systems inventory and bandwidth for provisioning on networks.
  • Analyze the need for capacity augmentation and optimization to address capacity issues in networks.
  • Manage and monitor the planning and delivery of orders in terms of configuration management.
  • Guide and monitor the team to design the network to ensure customer connectivity within the agreed timeframe and supervise handover to the project implementation team.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Provide technical expertise, business planning, and workflow management for ensuring smooth integration of network and system solutions and network improvement.
  • Responsible for hardware planning, environment provisioning, documentation, and application deployments for a variety of applications and services.
  • Work with client internal stakeholders to provide integrated service delivery across multiple products to meet client requirements.
  • Provide expertise to internal teams and/or external vendors and partners to deliver complex solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge of specific professional operational practices and management or advanced knowledge of specific professional operational practices.
  • Ability to apply broad knowledge of specific professional operational practices.
  • Ability to check for problems in existing systems and modify work processes following defined procedures.
  • Familiarity with network systems inventory and bandwidth provisioning.
  • Good understanding of capacity augmentation and optimization.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
  • Strong technical and business planning skills.
  • Familiarity with hardware planning, environment provisioning, and application deployments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
