Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that new recruits are onboarded efficiently and effectively, both in terms of quantity and quality, by completing all necessary pre-onboarding steps and formalities.
  • Responsible for the timely and seamless completion of all post-joining formalities, including the opening of new joinees’ staff accounts and making them infrastructure ready.
  • Assisting new hires with Employee Benefits issues by providing proper resolution of queries and ensuring timely completion of HR processes.
  • Ensuring that the Background Verification (BGV) process is completed within TAT, including having interim BGV reports in place for lateral hires before the scheduled DOJ and closing RED BGV cases.
  • Responsible for timely probationer confirmation by ensuring that the joining kit and employee personnel data on the system are updated within the prescribed timelines.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with regular updates and MIS.

  • Graduate , preferably with experience in HR Operations / process oriented job.

  • In a fast-paced environment, the ability to prioritise and make decisions is required.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) abilities
  • Interacting with different levels of leaders and colleagues requires good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent team player with a proactive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excel and database management abilities are required.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and history of working with AWS hosted applications.
  • Business knowledge of SCM
  • Knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition solutions or other objective programming language
  • Efficient reading of Java source code and experience with bug-fixing.
  • Practical experience in Eclipse or a similar development platform.
  • Experience with version control systems (git)
