Job Title: Sales and Services Representative Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Sales and services as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
Recording customer interactions and escalating for resolution to the appropriate authority.
Fulfilling sales targets and all service offerings.
Updating and maintaining marketing and sales materials and ensuring system availability.
Proper documentation and after-sales service.
Timely posting of money into the system and ensuring zero reconciliation issues.
Education:
Graduate / 12th / 10th
Experience:
0 – 3 years
Skills and Competencies:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in banking, insurance, financial services, or direct marketing products.
Good communication skills.
