Role/Responsibilities:
- Join a team that supports all Structured Finance data management, financial modeling, data & risk analytics for Moody’s
- Create and support analytical, data, model, and software solutions for the global Structured Finance industry
- Work in a lean start-up environment that values creativity and communication
- Make rapid decisions and challenge the status quo
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented design
- Familiarity with relational databases and NoSQL databases
- Willingness to learn new technologies and capable of self-directed learning
- Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem-solving
- Knowledge of C++, Python, or any other programming languages is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Possess great initiative, ability to learn quickly, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global cross-functional teams
- Strong debugging, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
