Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, design, and test automotive components and systems
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide technical reports to support engineering projects
- Participate in design reviews, prototype builds, and testing/validation activities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Follow established engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Attend training sessions and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, FEA, simulation)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
