Mercedes Benz is hiring for the position of Graduate Engineering Trainee in Bangalore for freshers (2019-2023 batch) with Freshers of experience. The expected salary is 8 – 10 LPA.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, design, and test automotive components and systems
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide technical reports to support engineering projects
Participate in design reviews, prototype builds, and testing/validation activities
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Follow established engineering standards, guidelines, and best practices
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Attend training sessions and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, FEA, simulation)
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
