Monitor and manage ATM GL outages by contacting clearing partners and making necessary adjustments
Manage settlements and research and make decisions on customer claims to ensure risk management
Analyze and resolve exceptions and out of balance conditions of Chase ATMs
Review and make decisions on ATM check deposit claims according to bank guidelines
Research and report on fraud trends by investigating customer accounts and verifying ATM deposits
Prioritize work on aging requests based on federal government guidelines
Analyze cases and apply resolution methods according to SOP guidelines
Assist co-workers with job assignments as needed
Enhance customer experience by meeting customer impact accuracy levels and reducing case resolution turnaround time
Ensure processing discipline by meeting non-customer impact accuracy levels and respond to escalations with a sense of urgency
Participate in team meetings and identify areas for process improvement
Complete assigned trainings on time
Skills/ Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce (preferred) or graduate in any stream with 0-2 years of experience
Knowledge of exception research and accounting
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong decision-making, analytical, and prioritization skills
Adaptable to change
Attention to detail
Ability to work as a team.
