Responsibilities:

  • Participate in software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support.
  • Develop software for clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
  • Solve challenges faced in feature development.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and solve product and feature issues according to defined SLAs.
  • Be eager to learn new technologies and implement them in feature development.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to troubleshoot errors and analyze code written in .Net framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows platform concepts such as IIS, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Windows Scheduler.
  • Good knowledge of MSSQL database, including understanding complex SQL queries, stored procedures, debugging DB errors, and concepts of Availability Group.
  • Keen knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Knowledge of SSL certificates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Skilled in DBMS, including MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
  • Experience or awareness in deployment, security, and cloud.
  • Knowledge of Service Now.
