Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Exposure to advanced technologies like Bigdata and Python will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of programming tools, with proficiency in at least one or a combination of tools such as SAS, SQL, UNIX, mainframe, or Windows.
• Hands-on experience in designing/developing complex SAS programs, data structures/marts, and code conversation.
• Advanced knowledge in banking domain will be preferred.

Soft Skills Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and possess strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
• Maintain the level of communication/interaction across the team and direct manager, including onshore business partners.
