Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements and manages part of a process or project delivery with team guidance
  • Identifies areas for process improvement and provides solutions for non-standard sub-process activities
  • Offers analytical and administrative support for priority projects of varying complexity
  • Resolves HR support cases of moderate complexity
  • Assists with basic reporting and analyzes survey, employee, and financial data

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources
  • Basic knowledge of processes, systems, and overall HR environment
  • Basic HR knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic analytical and quantitative analysis skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
