Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform and track quality engineering activities according to the Quality Assurance Plan.
- Report quality status and metrics to Project Manager, Teams, and Quality team.
- Establish standards, guidelines, and process tailoring for projects.
- Monitor adherence to processes and standards.
- Provide visibility to Quality, Line, and Project management on non-conformances that could impact product or process quality.
- Participate in pre-Gate QA audits and assist in follow-up of QA Audit actions.
- Prepare and own the Document Control Plan.
- Develop processes in the quality management system.
- Drive, maintain, coordinate, and report on the quality improvement program.
Background:
- Master/Bachelor/Diploma or advanced degree in quality assurance, software engineering, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Experience with Agile methods such as test-driven development, SAFe, and SCRUM is beneficial.
- Any other SW or IT expertise (e.g., security, safety, communication protocols, system engineering, testing, performance engineering, quality assurance, process development) is beneficial.
- Background in the use of development tools such as Visual Studio, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and experience with quality management tools like SonarQube, Klocwork.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
