Job Requirements:

  1. Engage with customers proactively using customer engagement model.
  2. Deep understanding of customer’s business flow and product knowledge.
  3. Align with key customer stakeholders for strong relationship management.
  4. Evaluate customer’s product suite investment and identify efficiency gains.
  5. Promote awareness of Freshworks innovations.
  6. Work with internal teams to address customer issues/solutions.
  7. Use data-driven insights to run focused customer engagement programs.
  8. Own two key metrics: product adoption & customer retention.
  9. Use customer management tool (Natero) and support compliance processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record as a strategic trusted advisor.
  2. Ability to articulate complex concepts to varying audience levels.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Self-starter with ability to manage large and small clients.
  5. Ability to report client status on a timely basis.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science + Business Education preferred.
