Job Summary:
Looking to hire an Analyst – Accounts Payable in Chennai to support teams in building products and contributing to growth
Processing invoices according to standard operating procedures and meeting targets
Resolving discrepant invoices according to standard operating procedures
Maintaining daily productivity log for team
Generating and updating AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports
Passing rectification entries for errors identified by internal QC team
Reconciling Sub-module vs Trial balance
Working with Fin functional teams to help with basic macros
Essential Requirements
Fresher with degree in Bcom, BBA(Finance), MCom, or MBA(Finance)
Good understanding of MS applications (Basic level)
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems
Good analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
