Job Description:


  • Monitor and support network infrastructure and remote devices
  • Follow Helpdesk tickets with ITIL Process and attend incidents and requests from users on a day-to-day basis as per SLA, being the first point of escalation
  • Install and maintain Active Directory Service and manage user and group accounts in Windows 2008/2012
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to booting, hardware, and OS performance
  • Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues
  • Ensure data security through encryption
  • Provide extended support to end-users and resolve issues immediately
  • Participate in 24/7 support, including weekend system prep and on-call rotations as per business needs


  • 1-4 years of experience preferred
  • Responsible for maintenance of all IT and network-related hardware/software
  • Provide desktop and network support, diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Set up and configure new laptops and desktops
  • Complete internal user moves, including phones and desktops
