Key Responsibilities:

• Processing data received from clients and stakeholders and converting it into the desired format.
• Validating data related to ABI projects.
• Conducting research and analysis as needed to solve problems.
• Under tight deadlines, producing and delivering data to clients and stakeholders in a timely manner for all project-related reports or analysis, validation, processing, or ad-hoc reports.
• Examining and assessing the purpose and content of business requests/reports in order to create new or improve existing format, use, and controls.
• Reviewing reports as the first set of eyes to find any errors or omissions in order to benchmark the quality of the work based on the stakeholder’s request.
• Participating actively in various process improvement and re-engineering project initiatives in order to maintain high quality standards for all deliverables.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with other team members in India and around the world.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Data Analytics is required.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and work experience.
• Must be detail-oriented, with an emphasis on data quality and accuracy.
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into valid requirements documents is part of the business analysis skill.
• 0-2 years of demonstrated work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst in the talent or financial domains.
• Excellent skills in large and complex data analysis, data mining, and data report generation based on requirements.
• Ability to think logically when creating a report, dashboard, automation tool, or any analysis
• Excellent communication abilities (written, verbal, interpretive).
• Outstanding time management abilities.
• Manage and carry out projects involving reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, global clients, and stakeholders from other countries.

Preferred skills:

• Excel proficiency is required (e.g. VBA, macros, etc.).
• Fundamental project management knowledge.
• Experience creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Understanding of dashboard presentations created with Tableau or other visualisation software.
