Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports
Prepare weekly performance/KPI reports and maintain performance dashboards
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for management reporting needs
Assist in automating reports by designing macros
Prepare monthly performance data for incentives for operations
Extract and upload data from the client system to the CNX side
Plan capacity and schedule processes
Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs and projects
Optimize the use of tools/technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
Support strategic projects involving data mining and analytics
Highlight data abnormalities and resolve escalated issues and requests from account management
Desired Skills:
Team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Automation skills preferred
Ability to handle pressure situations
Ability to catch and highlight errors
Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes
