Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Workforce Management scheduling tool (eWFM) to administer the processing of engineer teams’ work schedules and special events.
  • Generate and schedule the workforce for clients and assess schedules.
  • Monitor WFM mailbox and respond to requests from Global team.
  • Review and process time off and schedule change requests.
  • Handle daily exceptions, updates schedules, and respond to issues and ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in working independently and on teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution.
  • Exposure to leave management system and schedule optimization.
  • Initiate and manage scheduling communications between teams.

Skills:

  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement.
  • Contact Centre Workforce Management experience.
  • Extensive experience with WFM software, preference given to Aspect trained.
  • Ability to simplify complex operations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make decisions in time sensitive and ambiguous situations.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

Experience:

  • Contact Centre Workforce Management experience.
  • Extensive experience with WFM software, preference given to Aspect trained.
  • Ability to simplify complex operations.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make decisions in time sensitive and ambiguous situations.
