  1. Minimal customer interaction under guidance
  2. Understanding of domain process/sub-process, functions, and terminologies
  3. Data entry of information from source documents into Clinical/Safety database


  1. Perform coding activities within timelines and efficiently
  2. Importing uncoded terms into database
  3. Query management
  4. Creating “New Term Request”
  5. Upversioning dictionary as needed


  1. Limited involvement in study conduct activities
  2. Data review and query management with assistance
  3. Limited email communication with client
  4. Every activity requires peer quality control by supervisor or senior
  5. No involvement in set up and migration activities
  6. Limited involvement in data padlocking activities


  1. Handle first-level processing of assigned transactions
  2. Adhere to quality requirements and achieve targets/volumes in given turnaround time
  3. Follow mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements

Knowledge Management:

  1. Understanding of document templates and standards such as SOPs

People/Team Management:

  1. Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance requirements for time sheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
