Job Description:

Facilities Assistant – Trainee:

  • Client relationship skills: Training on handling guests and employees at the front desk.
  • Administrative skills: Training on tasks like badge issuance, coordination with employees, and upkeep of common areas and equipment.
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns, creating work orders and requesting resources as needed.
  • Training on event coordination, such as transportation, signages, displays, special needs, printing, and security.

Finance Analyst – Trainee:

  • Learning to document business requirements and standard operating procedures.
  • Understanding bookkeeping and performing various guided actions.
  • Supporting the team on daily tasks and using tools for data analysis.
  • Conducting efficient data gathering and presenting logical insights to drive data-driven business decisions.
  • Performing metrics analysis to provide actionable information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
  • Personal integrity and basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
