Job Description:

Position: Full Stack Developer at Blue Planet R&D, Ciena

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test new and existing software modules or features
  • Attend meetings and communicate with project stakeholders
  • Follow project plans and priorities

Expectations:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with Java or similar OO language and Angular UI framework
  • Familiarity with Telecom, OSS, and Service Fulfilment domains is a plus

Tools and technologies:

  • Angular 2+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend
  • Java, Tomcat, Spring, Spring-boot, Maven for application tier
  • PostgreSQL for database
