Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in manufacturing processes, contribute to value addition projects, conduct research, and develop MIS data as a graduate engineer trainee.
  • Take initiative for innovation in product and process improvisations.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor, assist other engineers with projects, conduct research, and write reports. Follow instructions, but also take initiative and come up with original ideas.
  • Adhere to checklists, SOPs, and defined processes as per domain requirements.

Skillset Required:

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with the internal team and interact with the global team.
  • Understand customer requirements and solve additional requirements as necessary.
  • Self-driven, capable of taking up challenges and ownership.
  • Interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with other employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other necessary PC skills.
  • Good written and oral communication.

Eligibility:

  • Must have a minimum of 60% throughout their education.
  • Only female candidates will be considered.
  • Must be from a mechanical, electronics, instrumentation, mechatronics, or similar background.
  • 2022 pass-outs only.
  • Must be from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering college.
