Develop new business relationships with potential clients and generate sales leads
Provide expert knowledge of CDK’s products and services to customers and prospects
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable business deals
Product Development:
Research and analyze customer needs to identify new product features and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and quality assurance to develop and launch new products
Manage product roadmap and prioritize development efforts based on business objectives and customer feedback
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using CDK’s products and services
Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Document customer interactions and provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement
