Role Overview:

  • Position: Centre Sales

  • Successful completion of ATP (Applicant Training Program)

Training Program:

  • ATP is a 6 week training program
  • Divided into 2 phases:
    1. Classroom Training (CRT) – 2 weeks
    2. On-the-Job Training (OJT) – 4 weeks
  • CRT covers the theoretical aspect of BYJU’S sales process
  • OJT involves implementing the theoretical knowledge into practice and generating revenue
  • Evaluation of performance will be done based on performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/trainer and HR team
  • Only qualifying trainees will become eligible for the Business Development Associate (BDA) role
  • Additional performance incentives will be applicable during the training program
  • 6 days a week, Tuesday is off


  • ATP Stipend: INR 16,600 (fixed pay for the complete training program)
  • BDA CTC (post-training): INR 7,50,000 to 8,50,000 (fixed pay of INR 4.5 to 5.5 lakh + performance pay of INR 3 lakh)
    • T&C (Package differs from city to city)

Career Progression:

  • On an average, a performing associate gets their first opportunity in 1.5 to 2 years to become a manager and head a team of 20 people
  • Best associates can even become a manager before completing a year


  • Average incentive earned by a BDA in the system is around INR 30,000 monthly
  • Best associates make INR 70-80k of incentive every month apart from their fixed salary.
