Job Description & Responsibilities

• Resolving users’ questions or issues related to software configurations, product functionality, and bugs/enhancements.
• Proactively supporting users through the User Success Program and building a strong relationship to become a trusted advisor.
• Identifying product consumption gaps and conveying user feedback to the product development team.
• Focusing on the adoption of relevant product features.
• Identifying and sharing relevant content with the wider user community.
• Keeping users informed of problem resolutions.
• Following up, testing, and troubleshooting products and appropriately referring users to other support and quality assurance areas.
• Promoting and maintaining a high-quality, professional, service and adoption-oriented company image among users.
• May require travel to user sites.
• Must be able to work in different shift hours for global users in different time zones.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• Ability to resolve application problems via community interactions (forums), telephone, and email.
• Strong technical authoring skills to create high-quality knowledge content for user self-service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex technical details.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in other global languages would be advantageous.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, possess a strong desire to learn, and be a team player.
• Experience in CAD/BIM applications would be an added benefit.
• A degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or experience in building and site design would be advantageous.
