Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step processes to resolve issues effectively.
  • Assist customers with integrating the payment gateway into their websites or applications.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product management and development teams.
  • Provide management with regular updates on support trends and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the development team to gain a deep understanding of product features and functionalities.
  • Perform system testing to replicate customer issues and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations to help customers use the payment gateway effectively.
  • Create and maintain internal training materials to ensure the support team is updated on new features and changes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possess 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience in the Fin-tech industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
