Job Description

What is the job like?

As an executive assistant, the role involves coordinating and maintaining the calendar, organizing appointments, meetings, and conferences worldwide. You will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for the CEO, including visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, and hotel bookings. Additionally, the job entails handling phone calls, routine emails, and correspondence with vendors and clients both domestically and internationally.

A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining a strong follow-up system to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments. You will be required to keep the CEO updated on any developments and provide status reports related to ongoing projects, sharing follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.

The position may also involve working on ad hoc research projects with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations are highly valued qualities.

Furthermore, the role includes organizing and servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events, which may require staying up-to-date with the latest trends and industry events.

Creating presentations, summary reports, and budgets for the CEO will also be part of the responsibilities.

Who should apply for this role?

Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred). They should be comfortable working over weekends (5-day working role) and be open to working in the US time zone. International travel may be required, so candidates should be willing to do so.
