Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot software products by implementing systematic tests to establish, implement, and uphold quality benchmarks for IT solutions.
- Contribute to the development, adjustment, and execution of software test plans, along with automated scripts and programs for testing, in collaboration with the team.
- Participate in the analysis and formulation of test standards and procedures alongside the team.
- Create automated test scripts utilizing Tosca for Salesforce.com CRM and Force.com applications.
- Assist in generating documentation of test results to facilitate debugging and modification of software.
- Analyze test results of moderate complexity to ensure the maintenance of existing functionality and provide recommendations for corrective measures.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to aid in the resolution of issues.
