- Troubleshooting skills in Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc. over remote support: The candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc., over remote support.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails in a timely manner: A customer support representative should be prompt in answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails in a timely manner.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints: The candidate should be able to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as and when needed: The candidate should be able to identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
- Providing product and service information to customers: A customer support representative should be able to provide product and service information to customers accurately.
