Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Applying independent thinking skills to identify and address issues related to Unemployment Claims, and devising appropriate solutions.
  • Upholding high ethical standards and maintaining a professional approach.
  • Being self-motivated, taking initiative, and working well as a team player with a positive attitude.

Other Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

What you’ll bring:

  • 0-1 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to support Global Shared Services, including identifying analysis and reporting requirements, gathering and synthesizing data using various systems and tools (e.g., Teradata, First Strike, Hadoop, global inventory system, SAP, Global Supplier Management Tool, INMAR, InfoPath, E-clinical works (ECW), ERR, MapPoint).
  • Reviewing data results to ensure accuracy and testing systems for data integrity.
  • Supporting business processes for Global Shared Services, such as cash applications, master data management, reporting, and audit, by gathering necessary information from internal and external sources and organizing and compiling data into a unified format.
