Key Responsibilities for Graduate Intern:
- Engage in diverse domains, including multichannel supply chain, point of sale, finance, logistics, and transportation systems.
- Develop groundbreaking solutions and applications using cutting-edge technology to enhance processes through innovation.
- Participate in the continuous reinvention of how savings are delivered to customers across retail stores, online platforms, and mobile devices, utilizing unexpected approaches.
- Contribute to activities such as data analysis, supply chain simplification, and the creation of solutions aimed at fostering sustainability.
- Redefine the customer experience and enhance lives through your work.
- Work with a broad range of technologies and diverse platforms, including Java, Hadoop, Cassandra, ERP, Middleware tools, low latency messaging systems, machine learning, and open-source frameworks.
Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Create, modify, and close Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in SAP MM/SAP Ariba.
- Allocate and manage incoming requests through internal tools such as ServiceNow, mailbox, IP2P, and other sources.
- Monitor team inboxes for requests and promptly respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or invoice updates.
- Take ownership of requests, ensuring timely follow-up and support throughout the process.
- Address customer and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding request status, changes, or Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders (PR/POs).
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, actively contributing to innovation in the workflow.
- Keep all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated through change management and obtain quarterly sign-offs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Demonstrated academic excellence with a combined aggregate score of 7 or above across all semesters.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental areas in Computer Science, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Design.
- Commanding proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, or Java.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, adept at interpreting data and trends, diagnosing problems, and formulating effective action plans.
- Self-driven and motivated, showcasing entrepreneurial passion, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with diverse responsibilities.
