Responsibilities:
Coordinate Planning and Distribution of Packaging Orders using SAP and EBD systems.
Generate new packaging orders based on global planning and forecasting.
Create purchase orders and sales orders.
Manage workflow invoices.
Verify additional costs incurred.
Ensure receipt of missing goods.
Proactively collaborate with material suppliers to address irregular order patterns.
Take preventive measures to minimize incorrect and missing orders.
Analyze order and distribution data to enhance supplier order accuracy.
Develop analytical tools and dashboards to optimize operational efficiency.
Utilize data analytics to resolve business challenges.
