Job Description for Hybrid Position:

• This role is a hybrid position, allowing employees to work part of their time remotely and part in the office.
• Hybrid employees are expected to spend 2-3 days per week working from the office, determined by leadership or site requirements, aiming for at least 50% of their time in-office based on business needs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description

The Platform Products Development PMO organization oversees and integrates key business management functions within the Platform Products Development organization, including investment planning & budgeting, program/project portfolio management, workforce planning activities, strategic initiative program management, and communications activities.

Their focus is on improving transparency, efficiency, consistency, and collaboration within the organization and with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role of the Associate Project Analyst is to create a user interface using Enterprise or Non-Enterprise tools to collect and ensure data quality for downstream reporting and insights.

The position requires interacting with various cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology teams, Finance, and business function leads, to build KPIs, dashboards, and other program health tracking mechanisms that provide visibility to key stakeholders on projects and programs.

Additionally, the Associate Project Analyst will extract, transform and analyze raw data from various source systems to present meaningful insights for management decisions.

This is a hybrid position that allows for alternating between remote and office work.

Hybrid employees are expected to work from the office for 2-3 set days a week, with the general guidepost of being in the office for 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required for the position:

• At least 1 year of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced degree such as Masters, MBA, JD, MD.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized and proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and experience in Clarity, Hyperion, or similar enterprise reporting and forecasting tools.
• A solid understanding of forecasting/budgeting concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience in the Payments and/or Technology industry would be a plus.
• Experience in building user interfaces using tools such as Power Apps or other applications.
• Experience in project analytics, reporting, and data visualization using Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
