We are currently in search of an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the business configuration group at Verisk Life Solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve constructing an automated test bed for the software within an agile environment. We are specifically seeking a candidate who can quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
Analyze functional requirements and design specifications, and generate acceptance criteria with minimal guidance. Execute and validate the stories.
Automate the test suite toolset with minimal guidance.
Identify, debug, document, and verify software anomalies.
Document acceptance criteria, assess story results, and monitor them using internal tools and processes.
Promptly communicate critical issues and provide status updates.
Collaborate effectively with a global team.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a BTech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, with an expected graduation date between 2023 and 2034. Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or any other object-oriented programming language is essential. Knowledge of data management tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail, are essential for success in this role.
