Position Overview:
The Embedded SOC Architect will develop automotive vision software and supporting functions for Automated Driving Assistance Systems on multi-core automotive SoCs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop application-specific components
- Conduct testing and support software releases
- Facilitate technical communication with customers and offshore team
- Complete scheduled tasks and deliver software development output
- Maintain production software and analyze customer change requests
- Research new embedded architectures/platforms
- Work on next-generation SOC platforms
- Support Intellectual Property activities
Essential Experience:
- Embedded software development
- Familiarity with multi-core processing and basic computer vision algorithms
- Knowledge of embedded processor internals
- Experience in automotive software applications
- Proficiency in working autonomously
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- High level of innovation and motivation
Highly Desirable Experience:
- Experience with video processing systems and computer vision algorithms
- Experience in graphics engines and parallel processing systems
- Familiarity with software architecture and design documentation
- Automotive industry experience
