Role Description
Job Requirements:
- Experience with HR systems like Workday for report design, SQL queries, and dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to analyze data patterns and trends.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Skilled in PowerPoint for developing visually appealing presentations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with knowledge of statistical concepts and tools.
- Experience with systems like ServiceNow and Learning Management Systems (Saba, Cornerstone) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner who adapts well to fast-paced environments and meets deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong consultative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with HR business partners and functional teams to understand HR data needs.
- Assess reporting and analytical capabilities against business requirements to determine optimal data-driven solutions.
- Collect, clean, organize, and integrate data from various sources, building reports and dashboards for analysis.
- Analyze and interpret data, identifying trends and outliers to provide actionable insights.
- Develop effective presentations to communicate data findings and support business decisions.
- Use data storytelling techniques to convey analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize and automate reports for efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance dashboards and tools for improved productivity and customer needs.
- Conduct testing and validate data accuracy in collaboration with development teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of HR processes and experience in people analytics is advantageous.
Note: General shift with the requirement for flexibility to attend late evening meetings.
