Travelopia Off Campus Hiring 2024 – Associate Product Engineer
The Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Engineer to join our software design team based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. In this role, you will familiarize yourself with the codebase, collect user feedback, and collaborate with other developers to meet requirements. We emphasize proficiency in programming languages, quick adaptability to new technologies, and effective teamwork. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance your coding and design expertise while supporting the broader design team.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in various aspects of software design and development.
- Participate in daily team stand-up meetings and contribute ideas.
- Learn the existing codebase and continuously develop your coding abilities.
- Write and maintain clean, efficient code.
- Assist in fixing minor bugs and technical issues.
- Track and evaluate the performance of internal systems.
- Respond to requests from other developers.
- Conduct tests to ensure code functionality.
- Work within the Agile framework, gaining experience in techniques such as Pair Programming, Sprint Planning, Story Handoffs, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
