Key Responsibilities:
Elicit and document client business requirements.
Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations by understanding client requirements, specifying, and analyzing them to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
Translate requirements into technical solutions, understanding how these solutions impact the business as needed.
Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, using a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.
Adhere to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure systematic change management and communication of changes to the team for medium-level projects.
Implement process or product improvements as directed by management.
