Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document client business requirements.
- Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations by understanding client requirements, specifying, and analyzing them to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, understanding how these solutions impact the business as needed.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external customers, using a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.
- Adhere to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure systematic change management and communication of changes to the team for medium-level projects.
- Implement process or product improvements as directed by management.
- Develop a strong awareness and understanding of Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services in the assigned area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mid-level professional with expertise in a technical discipline or specialization.
- Position suited for a developing professional gaining experience in their specialist function.
- Good understanding of the roles of relevant functional groups within their area.
- Suggests process improvements following investigative, analytic, or diagnostic services.
- May lead and be accountable for straightforward projects and associated teams.
- Provides input to the objectives and goals of the department.
- Manages own time and responsibilities effectively.
- Participates in complex projects that impact a Business Unit or regional area.
